The only time staff my remove their mask while at work is when they are alone in their office, with the door shut if they have one. If you work in a common area, you may remove your mask if there are no other staff, clients or patients in the area.
Every effort will be made to maintain a 6-foot social distance at all times. Please observe the tape on the floor to help denote the 6-foot markings between doctors, and patients, and other staff.
You will be required to take your own temperature daily upon arriving to work, using one of our no touch thermometers. We will use the honor system that you will take your temperature when you arrive for the day. If your temperature is 100.4 or higher than, you will be expected to leave work immediately and stay away from our office until you have been fever free for 72 hours (3 days) Should you discover that you have a fever when you report for work, please send an email to Casa Pance’s manager with the following information:
Time Temperature taken & the reading

Before scheduling an in-person appointment with patients or prominent clients, please ask them if anyone in their household has had a fever in the past 3 days, or is currently exhibiting any signs of illness, such as dry cough, fatigue and/or body aches. If they answer yes to any of those questions, do not offer them an in-person appointment at this time. In an effort to reduce exposure to others, please limit in person sessions to 1 patient per family at a time.
Help instruct your patients or clients to wait in the car, or outside, and notify them you will call them when you are ready for them. Before allowing them into the building, please ensure there is no one other than a receptionist in the waiting room. Please meet your patient at the front desk, offer a mask should they not have one, have them wash or sanitize their hands, and take everyone’s temperature. If the client has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, please explain that we will not be able to see them in person today, and tell them you will follow up with a phone call to reschedule their appointment for later.
